About Suffolk Mind

Suffolk Mind are an independent charity working to ensure Suffolk is the best place in the world for talking about and taking care of mental health.

Our services work across the mental health continuum, from wellbeing to ‘severe and enduring’ mental ill-health.

We provide support and information for all ages, including free mental health workshops, in-school and in-work training and courses, one-to-one counselling, our unique Green Care allotment project and dedicated late-night telephone support services.

Sign-up today, and join Suffolk Mind to Skydive at Beccles Airfield on 21st Sep, 2024

When you sign up, we ask that you pay a registration fee of £50 and pledge to raise a minimum of £350 in sponsorship via your own Suffolk Mind Giving page, which you can set up here.

In return, Suffolk Mind will pay the full jump cost of £230. There is an option to bear the full jump cost if you would like to do this.
