Take a leap of a lifetime for Sue Lambert Trust this Spring and raise vital funds to help us support survivors of sexual abuse and sexual violence in Norfolk and Waveney. Your support matters now more than ever as demand for our services continues to climb.

1 in 12 adults in Norfolk have experienced sexual abuse, sexual violence or rape in their lifetime. We listen without judgment, providing a safe space to heal, re-build and recover from trauma with a range of therapeutic services and professional support, including up to 52 free one-to-one counselling sessions.

Your tandem skydive challenge for Sue Lambert Trust will take you to an incredible 13,000 feet, before free-falling at around 120 mph for 40 seconds! Once the parachute is open, you will gently descend back to earth, enjoying breathtaking views of the beautiful East Anglian countryside and coastline.

A deposit of £50 is required to secure your place and we ask you to commit to fundraise a minimum of £300 for Sue Lambert Trust.
