Reunited with the Skies

After a few months, or more, away from the sport, do you feel a bit anxious about getting back under canopy? Are you nervous that your freefall skills are more rusty than silky? Think you’ve forgotten that all important knowledge that helps to keep you and your fellow skydivers safe?

If that sounds like you, why not sign up to join us for “Reunited with the Skies”, a two day refresher event designed to help you feel confident about getting back in the sky in a managed, safe, supportive and fun environment. This event is aimed at those with 100 jumps upwards as the focus will be on refreshing existing skills and knowledge rather than teaching anything new.

The event will take place on Sat 26th and Sun 27th March 2022 and will include the following:

Sat 26th:

• Flight 1 – 103 half day canopy course including 3 hop and pops, lectures, filmed landings and debriefs (Paul Dorward)
• 2 full height organised jumps with a coach
• Ground refresh briefs and jump debriefs

Sun 27th:

• 4 full height organised FS jumps with a coach
• Ground refresh briefs and jump debriefs

Your coaches for the two days are Vic and Becs Bradley, Paul Dorward, Katy Saxby and Shane Wood. We are all AFFIs/AFFBIs, very experienced 4 way/FS coaches and load organisers. Vic and Becs are also wind tunnel instructors. Shane is a seasoned camera flyer and in addition to being a qualified Flight 1 Instructor, Paul is also a British Skydiving Advanced Instructor.

Cost: £350 (will include all coaching, jumps, briefs and debriefs, does NOT include rig hire or packing)

Requirements: 100+ jumps (or coaches recommendation) and FS1
