4 Way Scrambles Competition with Danny French

Beccles Annual Scrambles Competition

Hosted by the one, the only, the legend that is Danny French!

If you don’t know what a scrambles competition is read on…

The Scrambles was invented to help skydivers of all levels progress in FS, all you need is enthusiasm and courage!

• Must be A Licence and have had some FS coaching (dive to pin and 3 way completed)
• 4 way competition (so teams of 5 including camera person)
• Names are pulled from a hat according to skill level (so of the 4 team members there may be one rookie, one/two intermediate and one sky god
• The most experienced jumper on the team will be the team captain
• There are 4 rounds (there are 16 rookie unique formations that are drawn randomly prior to the competition)
• Each round is judged based on the number of points you can complete
• The team with the highest combined average score over the 4 rounds wins

Registration closes on Friday 24th May at 18:00 followed by a live announcement of teams at 21:00

• Cost: £30 per round (plus £18 kit hire if required)
• Briefing is at 08:30 on Saturday 25th May 2024
• The aim is to get all the rounds completed on the Saturday if possible and Danny will organise a big way for anyone up for it on the sunday

All participants are asked to bring a crate of beer/other drink of choice for the party (venue TBC) on saturday night

• IF YOU ARE NEW TO BECCLES YOU WILL REQUIRE A DZ BRIEF PRIOR TO JUMPING
• ALL PARTICIPANTS TO ENSURE THEY HAVE ENOUGH CREDIT ON THEIR ACCOUNT BEFORE THE COMPETITION COMMENCES
